Summary: Landon Hughes experienced the anguish of cancer at a young age. Now, Landon is a senior in high school and has built his life back together since his remission was announced. All the sudden, he feels a lump in his throat and it all slowly floods back in his mind. Landon is diagnosed with a rare cancer that leaves little hope for survival. Traveling through the lowest of lows, Landon has to answer the most important question: is there anything worth living for when it all leads to death?
