Brief Information: After completing A Demon's Heart, Zinn wanted to stick with the idea of demonic warfare. However, in Thorns, he takes the idea and writes in a much more realistic and tragic tone. Thorns was written in 8 months and took 3 months to edit. 201 pages.
Summary: Remedy is a very lost boy. He has no memory of his parents or anyone who cared about him. He roams the city streets living in constant fear something sinister. Remedy is haunted with a demon who knows his every thought and desire. After trying to kill himself again, Remedy stumbles upon a girl who won't let him walk away from her. He finds a friend and a comforting home with this girl. Harmony knows there's something different about this boy, but she can't shake the feeling that she was supposed to talk to him. She knows there's something different about him when she sees the scars on his body and hears his dark and twisted humor. But what she can't understand at all is when he disapears without a word and returns not saying a word of where he was...
